A gorgeous vintage Y2K-era dress by A. Byer, made in the USA. This beautiful little black dress features scattered metallic gold-tone dots throughout, giving it the prettiest subtle sparkle and quintessential late-1990s/early-2000s evening look.

The bodice is beautifully ruched and gathered throughout, creating a flattering, softly draped silhouette. The halter neckline crosses elegantly at the front and ties behind the neck, allowing some adjustability in how the neckline sits.
