Return Policy - Editionstyles Vintage

Due to the fragile nature, one-of-a-kind condition, and uniqueness of vintage items, all sales are final for Editionstyles Vintage.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on Editionstyles Vintage items.

The only exception is if your item arrives damaged. In this case:

* You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Damage Claim Requirements

To submit a damage claim or refund request, you must provide multiple clear photos and videos  of the following:

• The outside shipping box, photographed and recorded from all sides and angles.
• The inside packaging, showing how the item was packed.
• The damaged item, with clear photos and videos from multiple angles, including close-up images & videos of the damage.

Please ensure your documentation is thorough and captures the condition of both the packaging and the item from several perspectives. A single photo or single video is not sufficient. Incomplete documentation may result in your damage claim or refund request being denied.

This documentation allows us to accurately evaluate the damage and assist you as quickly as possible.
