A truly fabulous vintage 1980s black cocktail dress by Pegah Fashions, made in New York, USA. This piece has such a glamorous 1920s flapper-revival aesthetic, with dramatic fringe, textured detailing, subtle sparkle, and a wonderfully fitted silhouette.
