There is something especially sweet about a vintage or secondhand piece that carries a little evidence of the life it had before. This darling Jasmine Rose Intimates short house coat/bed jacket comes in the prettiest soft pink with delicate floral embroidery, lace-trimmed edges, a satin bow, covered buttons, and a little front pocket.

This piece was previously owned and has an original identification/name patch sewn inside that has been marked over. It appears to have possibly belonged to someone in a nursing or assisted-living setting. The marking cannot be removed without risking damage to the garment, so we have chosen to leave this little piece of its history exactly as we found it.

Rather than seeing it as an imperfection, we think there is something quite lovely about knowing this garment was once someone else’s. Someone chose it, wore it, and hopefully loved it and now it gets the chance to begin another chapter with someone new. ♡
